Junior Golf Academy in Victoria, BC

Welcome to the home page of one of Western Canada's premier junior golf schools. Director of Instruction, John Randle, is the driving force behind this world-class program. A former U.S. College golfer and Tour professional, John is uniquely qualified to train elite junior golfers and help them reach their goals. John has played and competed with many of Canada's best professionals including Mike Weir, Ian Leggatt, Dave Barr and Richard Zokol and his 7 years on tour included 2 tournaments on the PGA Tour. John works with many Tour Professionals and they are often around to offer advice to the juniors at the academy.

One of the other things that makes the GBC Golf Academy different from most Junior Golf Academies is that John teaches all of the programs for competitive juniors. Junior Girls who attend our school can be taught by Lori Randle, our academy's Lead Instructor. The programs for younger golfers are taught by members of the GBC Golf Academy staff.

The Junior Golf Academy is hosted at the GBC Golf Academy which is located at Olympic View Golf Club in Victoria. You will find everything a golf school needs to provide a well-rounded instructional experience. The practice facilities are second to none and the golf course is nationally ranked.

John's playing background includes over 40 victories in professional events. This, combined with his university degree in Psychology, gives John all the skills need to work on the mental game with his students.

Other features which help distinguish our school are the use of several experts to round out our programs. We have teamed with fitness and nutrition experts as well as consultants who are very well versed in the process needed to earn a golf scholarship.

John is very proud of the junior program at the GBC Golf Academy. In 2005 two of his students qualified for the World Junior. He has helped several juniors obtain golf scholarships and many more of his students have gone from the junior ranks to successful professional careers.
